Hi, I’m Natasha Bacchus, the founder and CEO of Truly Flawless Skincare.
I’m a New York State–licensed cosmetologist, a mother of six, and a beauty professional with more than 27 years of experience helping people care for their skin and feel more confident in themselves. I was born in Guyana and raised in the United States, and my journey has been shaped by faith, family, resilience, and a genuine desire to empower others.
That is why I created Truly Flawless Skincare.
Throughout my career, I have worked in salons, spas, and behind the scenes in television and entertainment. No matter where my work took me, I continued to see the same concern: people wanted skincare that felt luxurious but was also gentle, effective, easy to use, and created for real skin.
The Story Behind Truly Flawless
The idea for Truly Flawless Skincare became especially meaningful during the pandemic. Like many women, I found myself reflecting on my family, my purpose, and what I wanted to build for the future. As a mother of six, I understood how easily women can place themselves last while caring for everyone around them.
I wanted to create more than another skincare company. I wanted to build a brand that reminds women—and everyone who uses our products—that taking care of yourself is not selfish. It is an important part of feeling confident, restored, and comfortable in your own skin.
Drawing on my years of professional skincare experience, I developed Truly Flawless Skincare to offer simple, elevated routines for concerns such as dryness, sensitivity, acne-prone skin, uneven-looking tone, and visible signs of aging.

At Truly Flawless Skincare, we believe beautiful skin does not have one age, shade, gender, or definition.
Our products are thoughtfully created for people of different ages, skin tones, and skin types—including those with sensitive skin. Our physician-vetted formulas combine carefully selected ingredients with a luxurious experience to help hydrate, nourish, soothe, and support healthier-looking skin.
Our collection includes a four-step hydrating routine featuring the Soothing Facial Cleanser, Soothing Facial Toner, Soothing Facial Serum, and Soothing Facial Cream, along with our Luxury Caviar Anti-Aging Cream for advanced hydration and age-supporting care.
Each product is designed to fit naturally into your daily routine without making skincare feel complicated or overwhelming.
